When you place an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3.3 Service Execution

We will make every effort to complete services as scheduled. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. The price agreed upon at the time of booking will be honored for that specific service.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension and may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

• Be present or arrange access to the premises

6. Liability and Warranties

6.1 Service Guarantee

We guarantee satisfactory service quality. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.3 Insurance

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CleanCity Services and is protected by copyright laws.
